Terms and Conditions of Free Kerbside Delivery (October – December 2025)
1. Eligibility
Offer valid for purchases of Endless Portable Spas only.
Available to customers with delivery addresses within Victoria.
Offer applies to new orders only placed during the promotional period.
2. Delivery Details
Free kerbside delivery means delivery to the nearest safe point accessible by the delivery vehicle — not placement, installation, or setup of the spa.
Additional fees apply if:
Crane or specialised equipment is required.
Property has limited or difficult access.
Delivery location is outside standard delivery zones.
3. Timing
Spa must be purchased and delivered by 31 December 2025 to qualify.
Bookings are subject to product availability and delivery scheduling.
4. How to Claim
Customer must mention the “Free Kerbside Delivery” offer at the time of inquiry or before paying a deposit.
Offer cannot be applied retrospectively to existing quotes or sales.
5. Exclusions
Offer not available on swim spas, in ground spas, or bathroom spas. Bimini / Margarita and Universe excluded.
Not valid with any other promotion or discount.
6. General
Endless Pools & Spas reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
Delivery dates are weather and transport dependent.
Full payment is required before dispatch.
