There are many things to consider before purchasing an outdoor spa. View our range of portable spas and our range of inground spas.
Endless offers a range of sanitisation systems including salt water, ozone and UVC, chlorine, bromine and chlorine-free. Salt is a fantastic option as its very cost effective and low maintenance. Salt is a very gentle sanitiser, perfect for those with sensitive skin or allergies.
Have you got teenagers who will throw parties in the spa? Maybe consider placing the spa further away from the house to limit noise. Maybe you want the ease and convenience of having the spa right at your doorstep. If you have an existing pool it would make a lot of sense to place your new spa nearby. You could also place it near an outdoor seating/entertaining area, a very popular choice. For those with limited space there is loads of options such as our compact Santa Cruz Spa coming in at 2130mm x 1550mm while still seating 3 people, including a lounger!
A very important question when determining the size, layout and location of the spa. If the whole family will use it together then a larger spa may be needed. Is there anyone with sensitive skin or allergies who will regularly use the spa? A salt water spa is a great option. Do you think you would prefer the option of a lounger for greater relaxation or the more social set up of all upright seating? Entirely depends on how you will use your spa!
Avoid planting species that will drop leaves, needles, fruit or nuts. This will cause extra clean up and maintenance around the spas. Fruits especially can cause staining of the spa or spa cover when left over a long period of time. Popular options for landscaping include bamboo and palms as well as climbing plants.
Lighting is also incredibly important and can transform a space into a relaxing oasis. Endless Spas come with built in LED lighting however you may choose to add spot lighting to highlight the surrounding plants or walkways. You may also want to consider shade elements such as a gazebo over your spa to help protect yourself from the sun.
Lastly, you will need pool compliant fencing to surround your spa. Glass fencing is a popular option as it makes your spa area look modern and refined.
