As per the Victorian government announcement on August 2nd, 2020, Endless® Spas has moved to stage 4 restrictions.

Our showroom is now closed to the public, however, good news we will continue our normal operations with online and phone orders whilst making necessary adjustments to ensure the safety and health of our community, including our team and customers.

What about spa sales?

If you would like information about our spas and swim spas, please get in touch with our sales team. We offer either phone or virtual consultations or electronic quotations.

As we are required by law to work remotely, the easiest way to contact us is by selecting a product from our range and completing an online request.

What about online support?

We are doing our best to provide you with all the facilities so that you can shop from the comfort of your home.

A limited team is working on-site for the purpose of fulfilling orders and are available during the following hours 10am-5pm Monday-Friday.

We have implemented several preventative measures to restrict the spread of COVID-19 at our warehouse.

This includes but is not limited to staff doing additional daily cleaning, wearing masks and general hygiene protocols.

All goods are packaged and then sanitised ready for dispatch.

What about click & collect?

You can purchase online and collect your item at our warehouse. However, you will need to be mindful of the 5 km rule.

If you are further than 5 km away from our warehouse located at the rear entrance of 15 Chapel St, Lynbrook, VIC 3975, please use our delivery services instead.

What about delivery?

Our own delivery vehicles and independent couriers are operating normally until further notice.

All delivery personnel have been trained to follow Covid-19 protocols.

Sanitising is continually carried out on all Endless® owned vehicles, along with hand sanitiser being used before and after each delivery.

To adhere to best social distancing practices, we will deliver the goods outside of your premises to avoid physical contact with customers, thereby ensuring both the safety of our staff and customers.

If you are unable to handle the goods, please speak to our representatives prior to delivery. (DISPATCH) –

It is recommended that you also use gloves for unwrapping of goods and dispose of packaging safely.

What about after-sales services?

If you have an after-sales request, we will continue to assist you promptly.

What about my pending order?

If you have a pending order with us, your order is still on track.

However, we are facing a global pandemic and our service levels may become impacted.

If this occurs, we will keep each customer updated until our operations return to normal.

We kindly ask for your understanding, if we do not fully meet all your expectations at this time.
