Endless Pools is a registered building practitioner and a SPASA Pool Builder Member.
By using a registered practitioner you can be assured that your project is undertaken by a qualified, knowledgeable and experienced professional.
Installing a pool or spa involves a number of specialized trades and techniques and it is recommended by the Swimming Pool and Spa Association of Victoria (SPASA) that a project as such should be undertaken taken by a registered practitioner.
When purchasing your pool and engaging Endless Pools and Spas a domestic building contract (for work over $5,000) is provided, along with domestic building insurance (for work over $16,000). It is a mandatory requirement of SPASA that all Pool Builder Members have a valid Building License registered with the Victorian Building Authority.
Endless Pools and Spas understand that some contracts can be confusing, or in the case of unregistered pool builders you may find there is no contract at all, which leaves you as the consumer unprotected and possibly exposed. As a SPASA pool builder, we used a tailored made SPASA contract that is consumer friendly and easy to understand for the construction of your swimming pool or spa.
As a member we are bound by the Association’s Code of Ethics, which means we demonstrate a history of successful ethical trading and knowledge relevant to the swimming pool and spa industry. As a SPASA Pool Builder we agree to perform all work in accordance with Australian Standards, and to meet all legal requirements for any project we undertake.
For any Swimming Pool and Spa project ensure you look for the SPASA logo! Learn more about the Endless Pools and Spas story today – a family owned and operated business.
