In November 2013 The City of Casey invited Endless Spas to become clients as part of an Local Industry program for Business and Economics students studying at Monash University.
Endless Spas provided a brief through a presentation at the Berwick campus that gave students a clear understanding of the business and our direction for 2014. Students were able to ask questions and then were set to work in small teams to research and produce marketing plans for Endless Spas.
Director of Endless Spas, Jennifer Anderson, explained the benefits to their business “We found the experience very enlightening. We have adopted snippets from various presentations into our marketing plan, as well as embrace the full marketing plan given by one of the groups”
Adrian Yueng, a final year Business and Commerce student, was a member of one of the teams that worked on a marketing plan for Endless Spas. “I learnt a lot on how to research and analyse data, and importantly how to apply theory and market trends to a specific company. I found it quite challenging”
Snjezana Borojevic, also a final year student said “I feel it definitely prepared me well for the workplace. The client’s questions really challenged me but it was a great learning experience and taught me how to prepare for similar situations in the future”
Endless Spas encourages local business to register their interest with City of Casey for future Monash University Student Marketing to Industry Program.
