It has now been five years since our business moved into a new national headquaters in Melbourne’s South East, custom-designed to provide the ultimate spa retailing experience for our customers.
Our Lynbrook site combines Head Office, Warehouse, Spa Shop and a Showroom that spans an impressive 3,080 square meters – making us still Australia’s largest luxury Spa showroom.
Our Philosophy to make choosing a spa an effortless and enjoyable experience for our customers is still our primary focus.
The site was purposely built to cater for the future growth of our organisation; on the mezzanine level we house offices and boardrooms for administration, dealer conferences and training. We have now moved management staff into this mezzanine level and currently hold monthly meetings in our boardroom.
Key improvements in 2012 include a newly improved pool shop and the introduction of a children’s play space.
Over the past year we were also excited to add two key new products to our range:
1. The Solar Pod (TM) an integrated portable solar heating system
2. A water treatment system to help our customers make maintaining water quality in their spas easier – Chlorine Free
While we continue to enhance and better our showroom and retail offerings, the purpose of our site remains the same; demonstrating:
