What is a heat pump?
A heat pump uses electricity to capture heat, and in turn, heats your pool to a pre-set temperature. Heat pump technology gathers heat from outside and warms it to a higher temperature, then, moves it from one place to another. With a heat pump installed, you can decide on how long of a season your pool will remain heated for. It is recommended to use a pool cover at night to lock in the heat, making it easier to reach temperature the following day.
