I would say that endless spas know their products inside out, and are very helpful with ongoing questions and help at anytime with the treatment and chemical setups issues that I’ve had. Also the fact that they provide free classes for Spa Maintenance and startup, as many times as you need. Their range of chemicals and product is extensive and also provide good discounts if you have purchased as spa from them. There documentation that they provide is also very helpful when you buy a spa from them, outlining the requirements from electrical to fencing and permits. They also do not push you to spend more that what your budget allows, if you tell them what you can spend they will show you what spas that fall in your price range, also they let you know how much it costs to run the spa and maintenance required before you buy. I have had an excellent experience with endless spas from the day I purchased my spa and still ring them from time to time with ongoing questions as I am still new and this is my first spa.
